Ughelli South Deputy Leader Eti, Congratulates Gbejimor On Election As Deputy Secretary Of NYCN Delta State

The Deputy Leader of the Ughelli South Legislative Arm and Councillor representing Ewu Ward 4, Rt. Hon. Andrew Esemor Eti, has congratulated his brother and predecessor, Hon. Comr. Henry Oboravwighorue Gbejimor, on his election and inauguration as Deputy Secretary of the National Youth Council of Nigeria (NYCN), Delta State Chapter.

In a goodwill message released on Saturday, September 27, 2025, Rt. Hon. Eti described Gbejimor’s emergence as a “well-deserved victory,” commending his tireless efforts in youth engagement, promotion, and active participation in governance.

He noted that Gbejimor, a seasoned community leader and socio-political analyst, has made remarkable contributions to the growth and development of youths in Delta State.

“Your passion for socio-political engagement, youth empowerment, growth, and inclusive participation in governance has not gone unnoticed. We are confident that your wealth of experience and exposure will significantly impact your new role, shaping the youth body in transformative ways that will yield positive outcomes for our state,” Eti stated.

The Deputy Leader further lauded Gbejimor’s sagacity and commitment, stressing that his leadership will inspire a new generation of young leaders across the state.

While congratulating the newly inaugurated Deputy Secretary, Rt. Hon. Eti also expressed gratitude to the Executive Chairman of Ughelli South Local Government Area, Rt. Hon. Dr. Lucky Irorefe Avweromre JP, for his unwavering support towards youth development and inclusion in governance. He noted that Dr. Avweromre’s vision and commitment have been instrumental in nurturing talent and fostering growth within Ughelli South and Delta State at large.

He prayed for God’s guidance and blessings upon Gbejimor as he embarks on the new journey of service to the youths of Delta State.
